initially on the first day I went to rent my storage, the girl who was helping me (won’t list her name because I don’t want her to get in trouble) but after she helped me right up and make my payments she asked me to do the survey I said yes but when we finished all the paper work/payment she asked me to open up my phone so she can guide me to where I would do the survey. I opened it and went to it but as I was about to type she was telling me what to put. Everyone has their own opinions and we are adults, so I was a little irritated that she wanted me to put exactly what she was saying so I did let her know it is my survey. I believe that day I didn’t even leave the survey. I am leaving the survey now because I have had issues with my rental since the day I had rented it. It’s a little frustrating when I am being changed extra fees due to something that wasn’t my fault. Then when I ask for a refund it’s not being refunded to me, it’s going into my account for my next billing cycle. I don’t feel that any of the managers have been too helpful or even offered different promotions. I rented my unit on 12/5/2020 and since then I have had issues. it has only been almost a total of 7 days. Huge red flag and i’m not offered any deals for all of this inconvenience during a pandemic

Nola was awesome! The space has holes in the sheetrock! If that had not been the only available space I would never taken it, but was in need of an immediate storage close to my home.

my experience with public storage is I do like the facility it is clean and the hours work out well the only concern I know I do have is that I don't understand why there is not more surveillance cameras at least on each Island of storage units there is barely one camera and I have the biggest storage unit so luckily the camera is right across from that unit but overall I do feel that there is not enough cameras in there at all compared to most other storage unit I do know this fact lives on site but that's beside the point I just feel that there should be more cameras because that is your personal stuff and they should make sure that there's lightning and every unit with a working Light bulb automatically. I do feel their price range also should be at least if you got a bundle with 1 torches you should have a great deal of a discount cuz I have to store it is and I don't see a discount after the first month at all compared to other charges that have like 3 months free but first month paid or just a deal thank you for taking the time to read my opinion thanks public storage
